This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) defines the procedure for collecting, processing and protecting personal data of users of the horecaexpert.kz website (hereinafter — the Website).

By using the Website and providing your personal data, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Consent to the collection and processing of personal data is provided by checking the box «I agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy» and subsequently submitting the contact form.

Consent is given for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing, but not more than 3 (three) years from the moment of its receipt, or until the consent is withdrawn by the subject.

7. Personal Data Storage Period

Personal data is stored on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of their collection and processing.

Upon achieving the processing purposes or at the request of the subject, personal data is destroyed within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

8. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties without the consent of the subject, except in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Personal data may be transferred upon request of authorized government bodies in cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign countries is not carried out, except in cases of obtaining separate consent from the subject.

10. Personal Data Protection Measures

The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, including:

11. Rights of Personal Data Subject

In accordance with Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Their Protection», the subject has the right to:

12. Consent Withdrawal

The subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written application to the email address privacy@horecaexpert.kz or to the operator's postal address.

In case of consent withdrawal, the operator ceases processing personal data and destroys them within 30 (thirty) calendar days, except in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

13. Privacy Policy Changes

The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes are made means the user's agreement with the new version of the Policy.
